No. You have 2 options. Most people do our Zero Down Solar. Which we install at no cost. You pay only for the electricity the panels produce at a lower rate than ComEd or Ameren. Or you can purchase the system and keep the 30% federal tax credit and Illinois Shines SREC payment. We offer both options.

We handle roofing too. We assess your roof as part of every solar site survey. If it needs repair or replacement before panels go on, we handle both as one project — same licensed crew, no coordinating two contractors.

Yes. We're a licensed Illinois electrical contractor and our solar installers hold NABCEP PV Installation Professional certification. All work is fully permitted and inspected to Illinois code.
