Volt Home Pros Referral Program - Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 2, 2026

Here's the full disclaimer, clean and final:

Volt Home Pros Referral Program — Terms and Conditions

The Volt Home Pros Referral Program ("Program") is offered by Volt Home Pros LLC ("Volt," "we," "us") and is subject to the following terms. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.

Eligibility. To qualify as a referring participant ("Referrer"), you must be a current or prior Volt customer in good standing, at least 18 years of age, and a resident of the state of Illinois or Pennsylvania. The following individuals are not eligible to participate: Volt employees; independent contractors; sales representatives; dealers; referral partners; or any individual who receives compensation from Volt in any form, including commissions, fees, or other remuneration, in connection with the sale or installation of Volt products or services. Immediate family members of ineligible individuals are also excluded. If you are unsure whether your relationship with Volt disqualifies you, contact us before submitting a referral. Void where prohibited by law.

Referral submission. A qualifying referral must be submitted through the official Volt referral form at volthomepros.com. Self-referrals are not permitted. Referrals submitted for individuals who are already active Volt leads, existing customers, or who have been contacted by Volt within the prior 180 days do not qualify. Volt reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral is valid.

Reward. A $500 reward will be issued to the Referrer upon full completion and final payment of the referred customer's solar or roofing installation ("Qualifying Installation"). Payment will be made in a form determined at Volt's sole discretion, which may include check, ACH transfer, or other reasonable means, within 30 days of project completion. Certain payment methods may require the Referrer to provide additional information, such as a mailing address, bank account details, or other identifying information. Volt will make reasonable efforts to contact the Referrer to collect any required information. If the Referrer fails to provide the necessary information within 30 days of Volt's request, Volt reserves the right to forfeit the reward. Only one reward is issued per completed installation. In the event of multiple referrals for the same customer, the reward will be paid to the first verified referral on record.

Reward limits. There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer may submit; however, Volt reserves the right to modify or cap reward payouts at any time with 2 weeks. Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent beyond the stated amount.

Taxes. Referral rewards may be considered taxable income. Referrers are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes arising from receipt of a reward. Volt will issue a Form 1099 where required by law.

Privacy. By submitting a referral, you represent that you have the consent of the referred individual to share their contact information with Volt for the purpose of a sales consultation. Volt will use submitted information solely to contact the referred party regarding its products and services and will not sell or share that information with unaffiliated third parties.

Program changes and termination. Volt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect rewards already earned for Qualifying Installations completed prior to the effective date of any change.

Governing law. This Program is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By participating in the Program, all Referrers, regardless of state of residence, consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Will County, Illinois for resolution of any disputes arising under these terms.
